HOW WE RUN IT

What Makes Our Live Poker Tables Fair and Consistent

We built the live poker section around a straightforward principle: the card you see dealt is the card that counts, every single round. That means provably shuffled decks, certified studio providers, and session records you can check yourself. Here is how we keep each of those commitments in practice.

Certified Studio Providers

Evolution and Pragmatic Play operate their live studios under independent audit schedules. We carry their tables as-certified — no additional house modifications to dealing mechanics or payout logic.

Recorded Session Logs

Every hand dealt at our live poker tables is logged with a timestamped session ID. You can retrieve your hand history from the account panel at any time after a session ends.

RTP Shown Where Available

We do not publish invented RTP figures. Where Evolution or Pragmatic Play expose verified RTP data for a poker variant, that figure appears inside the game's information panel.

Encrypted Table Connection

Your live poker session runs over an SSL-secured connection. Card data, bet placement and account details are encrypted end-to-end between the studio stream and your device.

Our live poker lobby is powered by Evolution and Pragmatic Play — two studios that set the standard for card-game streaming. Each table runs on a multi-camera setup so you see the dealer's hands, the cards face-up, and the chip stack clearly. Casino Hold'em puts you against the dealer using standard poker hand rankings; Three Card Poker keeps the pace quick with

a single three-card round; Ultimate Texas Hold'em lets you raise before all five community cards are dealt. Every game runs on certified shuffle mechanics, and RTP figures are shown on the game information panel where the provider exposes them. Switch between tables without leaving the lobby — no reload needed.

HELP AT THE TABLE

Get Help While You Play Live Poker

Live poker runs in real time, so when something doesn't look right — a disconnection mid-hand, a bet not registering, or a query about a settled round — you need a clear path to get it sorted quickly. Our support channels are set up to handle exactly these live-table scenarios, not just general account queries.

Live Chat During Play Open live chat directly from the poker table screen. Describe the hand or issue, and our support team pulls the session log to check what happened at that moment.
Hand History & Dispute Every dealt hand is recorded in your account history. If a round result looks incorrect, share the hand ID with us and we review the dealing footage to verify the outcome.
Account & Wallet Queries For questions about funds moving in or out around a live poker session — including Touch 'n Go eWallet or Boost transaction status — contact us via live chat or email with your transaction reference.

Live Poker Terms — Plain-Language Meanings

What is Casino Hold'em?

A live poker variant where you play a five-card poker hand against the dealer, not other players. You win if your final hand ranks higher than the dealer's qualifying hand.

What does 'ante' mean in live poker?

The ante is a mandatory bet placed before cards are dealt. It opens the hand and determines the minimum pot — every player must post it to receive cards at the table.

What is a 'community card' in Texas Hold'em?

Community cards are face-up cards dealt to the centre of the table. All players use them alongside their own hole cards to build the strongest five-card poker hand possible.

What does RTP mean for live poker?

RTP — Return to Player — is the theoretical percentage a poker variant pays back over many rounds. For live poker, the figure is shown only when the provider publishes it in the game panel.

What is a 'side bet' in live poker?

A side bet is an optional wager placed alongside the main poker hand. It pays out based on specific card combinations — like a flush or pair — independent of whether you beat the dealer.

What does 'qualify' mean for the dealer's hand?

In Casino Hold'em, the dealer must hold at least a pair of fours to qualify. If the dealer does not qualify, the ante pays out at even money regardless of hand comparison.

What Malaysia Players Ask About Live Poker

These are the questions we see most often from players who are either new to live poker or switching from RNG-based table games. Each answer reflects how the lobby actually works on limau77 — no generic filler.

Our lobby includes Casino Hold'em, Three Card Poker and Ultimate Texas Hold'em, all streamed live by Evolution and Pragmatic Play. The full table list is visible once your account is open and you head to the live poker section.

Yes. All three poker variants are mobile-optimised and run directly in your phone browser — no separate download needed. The dealer stream, bet controls and chip row adapt to portrait and landscape layouts automatically.

After logging in, go to the deposit section and choose Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay. Complete the transfer in your chosen wallet app, confirm with your PIN, and the funds reflect in your account balance ready for the table.

If you disconnect mid-hand, the platform follows a pre-set action rule — usually standing on your last confirmed bet. Reconnect and open hand history in your account to see the settled outcome. Contact live chat with the hand ID if anything looks wrong.

Access depends on local law and is available where permitted in your region. Eligibility is checked at account registration. If you are unsure, our live chat team can confirm the current status for your location.

Each table shows its minimum and maximum chip values on the table info panel before you sit down. Limits vary between variants — Casino Hold'em tables often run different ranges to Ultimate Texas Hold'em — so check the panel for the table you want.
